المسؤولية الاجتماعية لشركات النفط الأجنبية العاملة في إقليم كوردستان-العراق "دراسة تحليلية مقارنة"

Résumé: يتناول هذا البحث المسؤولية الإجتماعية لشركات النفظ الأجنبية العاملة في إقليم كوردستان-العراق، بموجبها على الشركات تقديم خدمات مجتمعية تتمثل في خدمات البنى التحتية كفتح الطرق وبناء المدارس في المجتمعات المحلية التي تعمل فيها، كما تشمل تشغيل الأيدي العاملة عبر دعم المشاريع الإقتصادية الصغيرة، إضافة إلى واجباتها في المحافظة على البيئة في المجتمعات المحلية، وهذه المسؤلية تقابل الأضرار الحاصلة في المجتمعات المحلية بسبب النشاط النفطي للشركات. وقد تبين لنا إن قيام الشركات بمسؤولياتها الاجتماعية تجاه المجتمعات المحلية يحقق لها مصلحة تتمثل في رضى المجتمع المحلي مما يتيح للشركات بناء شراكات مع منظمات المجتمع المدني والمنظمات الدولية في المجالات الإجتماعية والبيئية، وبالتالي الحصول على سمعة تجارية على المستوى الداخلي والدولي، لذلك انتهى البحث إلى جملة من التوصيات من بينها قيام حكومة إقليم كوردستان-العراق بتأسيس منصة ذكية ينشر فيها كمية ونوعية المساهمات التي تقدمها الشركات والجهات المستفيدة منها. Abstract: This research deals with the social responsibility of the foreign oil companies operating in the Kurdistan Region-Iraq, according to which the companies must provide community services represented in infrastructure services such as opening roads and building schools in the local communities in which they operate. It also includes manpower employment by supporting small economic projects, in addition to its duties in preserving the environment in local communities, and this responsibility corresponds to the damages caused to local communities due to the oil activity of companies. The goal of these companies is to obtain a commercial reputation at the domestic and international levels. Therefore, the research concluded with a number of recommendations, including the establishment of a smart platform by the Kurdistan Regional Government-Iraq in which the quantity and quality of contributions made by companies and beneficiaries are published.
