خصوصية التحقيق في الجريمة المعلوماتية
Résumé: أصبحت في الوقت الحالي المجتمعات مجتمعات معلوماتية بالدرجة الأولى في ظل التطور التكنولوجي المعلوماتي ، في نفس الوقت ظهرت جرائم مستحدثة منها الجريمة المعلوماتية المتميزة بطبيعتها الخاصة من حيث طريقة ارتكابها و اعتمادها على البيانات المعلوماتية وسرعة تنفيذها ، أمام إلزامية وحتمية التصدي لها ومكافحتها فإنّه ومن اللازم إتباع إجراءات خاصة تتماشى و طبيعة هذه الجريمة المستحدثة.في إطار هذا المقال سيتم البحث في خصوصية التحقيق في الجريمة المعلوماتية. The societies has became currently a digital societies on the first degree because of data’s technological development .In addition at the time a new crimes has been appeared especially cyber crime which it is known by a particular characteristics like the way of committing and it is depending on data and the quickness of doing it .However it must fight it so it should follow a particular investigation ‘s procedures in which these measures are agreeable with the nature of this new crime. In this report our research is about investigation ‘s privacy in cyber crime.
