Résumé: في إطار أداء الإدارة العامة لوظائفها وصلاحياتها فإنها تمارس أنواعاً مختلفة من الأعمال، وتنقسم هذه الأعمال إلى قسمين: مادية وقانونية، أما العمل القانوني فهو الذي تصدره الإدارة بهدف ترتيب آثار قانونية محددة كإنشاء مراكز قانونية جديدة أو تغيير مراكز قانونية قائمة أو إلغاء مثل هذه المراكز، والتي تظهر في صورة قرارات إدارية. وخلال التطور الذي يشهده عالم اليوم في المعاملات من خلال استخدام الأسلوب الإلكتروني في الإدارة ضمن نطاق مفهوم الحكومة الإلكترونية، فإننا سنواجه قراراً إدارياً إلكترونياً من حيث مفهومه العام وخصائصه.In the context of the performance of the public administration's functions and powers, it carries out different types of work. These works are divided into two parts: material and legal. The legal work is that which the administration issues with the aim of arranging specific legal effects such as establishing new legal centers or changing existing legal centers or canceling such centers, which appear in the form of administrative decisions. During the development witnessed by the world today in transactions through the use of the electronic method in administration within the scope of the concept of e-government, we will face an electronic administrative decision in terms of its general concept and characteristics.
