البيوإتيقا ومستقبل الإنسان عند " فرانسيس فوكوياما" تحديات الثورة البيوتكنولوجية وسؤال الأخلاق

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تبيين موقع " البيوإتيقا" في الفلسفة المعاصرة، وبالتحديد عند الفيلسوف الأمريكي " فرانسيس فوكوياما" الذي تناول إشكالية مستقبل الإنسان، في ظل التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي، خاصة في ميدان الطب والبيولوجيا، ومن خلالها طرح خطابا بيوإتيقيا انتقد فيه المستحدثات التي تسعى إلى تغيير الطبيعة البشرية، وهذه الإشكالية إحتاجت إلى تحليل عميق من اجل إظهار الدور الذي لعبته الفلسفة أمام تحديات العلم، فكانت النتيجة الأساسية: أن " فوكوياما" قدم مجموعة من الأفكار سعى من خلالها إلى عقلنة الممارسات العلمية على الإنسان، من أجل الحفاظ على حقوقه، مصيره، كرامته وطبيعته، باعتباره أرقى الكائنات، ليكون مستقبل الإنسان بعيدا عن المخاطر، لترتبط التقنية بالآفاق التي تسعى إلى تحسين حياة الإنسان وتحقيق الطموحات والآمال. This research paper: aims to explanation the place of "bioethics" in contemporary philosophy, specifically according to the American philosopher "Francis Fukuyama", who search in the problem of future human, in light of scientific and technological progress, especially in the field of medicine and biology, and through it the introduction of bioethics, in which he criticized technologies. Which seeks to change the human nature, and this problem required a deep analysis in order to show the role played by philosophy in front the challenges of science, and the main result was: that "Fukuyama" presented a set of ideas through, which he sought to make scientific practices on man restricted, in order to preserve On his rights, Destiny, Dignity and Nature, as he is the most sublime of creatures, so that the future of mankind is far from risks, so that technology is linked to prospects that seek to improve human life and achieve aspirations and hopes.
