قراءة تحليلية لأهم النظريات السوسيولوجية المفسرة للسلوك الاجرامي و الانحرافي

Résumé: ملخص : كل دراسة في حقل علم الاجتماع تستند إلى إطار فكري أو نظرية سوسيولوجية نعتمد عليها في تفسير الظواهر الاجتماعية لتكتسي الدراسة الطابع العلمي، إذا فالنظرية ضرورة ملحة للباحث الاجتماعي، فلأي بحث اجتماعي وجب تبني أو الاعتماد على نظرية أو أكثر من النظريات السوسيولوجية . و الظاهرة الإجرامية كغيرها من الظواهر الاجتماعية الأخرى نعتمد في تحليلها و تفسيرها على نظريات علم اجتماع الجريمة و الانحراف، فرغم تعددها و اختلافها إلا أنه حاولنا في هذه الورقة البحثية أن نكشف عن أهم النظريات الكلاسيكية و الحديثة بهدف توجيه البحث و الباحثين لدراسة الواقع و جمع المعلومات حول السلوك الإجرامي المراد دراسته. الكلمات المفتاحية: جريمة ; انحراف; مقاربة نظرية; نظرية سوسيولوجية . Abstract: Every Sociological study is based on an intellectual framework or a sociological theory that we rely on to explain social phenomena so that the study acquires a scientific character, so the theory is a pressing necessity for the social researcher. For any social research, one or more sociological theories must be adopted or relied upon. The Criminal phenomenon, like other social phenomena, we rely on sociologue theories of crime and delinquency. Although they are different, in this research paper we tried to reveal the most important classical and modern theories in order to guide research and researchers to study the reality and gather information on criminal behavior to be studied.
