البعد الجيوبولتيكي لمضيق ملقا ضمن إستراتيجيات القوى الإقليمية والدولية -مبادرة الحزام والطريق انمودجا -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهمية إدراج العامل الجيوبولتيكي للممرات البحرية ضمن الاستراتيجيات البحرية للقوى الإقليمية والدولية المرتكزة على السعي لبسط النفوذ على الممرات الإستراتيجية الهامة، وانتهاج استراتيجية الحدود الشفافة، وهو ما بدأت مؤشراته تبرز في مضيق ملقا الذي أصبح يشكل عاملا محوريا في استراتيجيات العديد من الدول التي أدركت أهمية عامل القوة البحرية في تحقيق الهيمنة العالمية (حسب ما جاء في نظرية ألفريد ماهان القوة البحرية). وهو ما كرسته التوجهات الصينية تجاه المضيق لتجسيد الشق البحري من مبادرة الحزام والطريق، وتعزيز وجودها الإستراتيجي كقوة عالمية، غير أن التهديدات النمطية؛ ولاسيما المتعلقة بديناميات تدفق وإمدادات الطاقة ومخاطر الشحن عبر المضيق، بالإضافة إلى التحديات والرهانات المرتبطة بالصراع الجيوسياسي مع القوى الإقليمية والدولية في المنطقة، فرضت على الصين حتمية السعي لتبني سياسات بديلة لمواجهة الرهانات المطروحة في إطار مضيق ملقى وبالتالي ضمان ديناميكية المبادرة. This study aims to highlight the importance of the geopolitical factor of the sea lanes within the maritime strategies of the regional and international powers based on the pursuit of influence over the important strategic corridors, and the adoption of a transparent border strategy, which indicators began to emerge in the Strait of Malacca, which has become a pivotal factor in the strategies of many countries that I realized the importance of the naval power factor in achieving global hegemony (according to Alfred Mahan's theory of naval power). This is what the Chinese orientations towards the strait have devoted to embodying the maritime part of the Belt and Road Initiative, and strengthening its strategic presence as a global power. However, the threats; Especially with regard to the dynamics of energy flows and the risks of shipping across the strait, in addition to the challenges and stakes associated with the geopolitical conflict with regional and international powers in the region, it has imposed on China the inevitability of seeking to adopt alternative policies to confront the bets raised within the framework of the Malacca Strait and thus ensure the dynamism of the initiative.
