Résumé: : Emotional arousal and her relationship with the achievement motivation for footballers junior class "from 16 to 18 years," MC El Eulma. The goal of the study: Knowledge of the relationship between emotional arousal and achievement motivation football players (16-18 years) for Team MCEE. Study Problem: Is there a correlation between emotional arousal and achievement motivation with the ambition of MC El Eulma football from 16 to 18 years? Hypotheses of the study: - There is a relationship between emotional arousal and the completion of the success ambition of MC El Eulma defended (16 to 18) years. -There is a relationship between emotional arousal and fear of failure MC El Eulma footballeurs (16 to 18) years. The study sampler: The study sample consisted in 20 players from the team juniorMC El Eulma class (from 16 to 18 years old) the curriculum: you use a descriptive approach Study tools: emotional arousal scale and achievement motivation scale Results: the team MCEE (from 16 to 18 years old) have a high emotional excitability The team mid-MC El Eulma mid-class (from 16 to 18 years) heve a low achievement motivation The most important conclusions: there are inverse relationship between emotional arousal and achievement motivation it's counterproductive we can control the emotions reaction sports training and competition and directed. The most important suggestions: the need to rely on one of the means of mental training (by the players and potential response (to reduce the degree of emotional arousal to the player and make them at the appropriate level (optimal arousal) The player to take advantage of the previous posts left undisturbed in improving the level of emotional and make it a good level to get to what aspires . ملخص الدراسة عنوان الدراسة: الاستثارة الانفعالية وعلاقتها بدافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبي كرة القدم صنف أواسط "أقل من 18سنة"مولودية العلمة . هدف الدراسة : معرفة العلاقة التي تربط بين الاستثارة الانفعالية و دافعية الانجاز لاعبي كرة القدم "أقل من 18سنة" لفريق مولودية العلمة . مشكلة الدراسة: هل توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الاستثارة الانفعالية و دافعية الانجاز لدى لاعبي فريق مولودية العلمة لكرة القدم "أقل من 18سنة"؟ فرضيات الدراسة: - توجد علاقة ارتباطيه بين الاستثارة الانفعالية وبعد دافع انجاز النجاح لدى لاعبي فريق مولودية العلمة لكرة القدم "أقل من 18سنة". - توجد علاقة بين الاستثارة الانفعالية وبعد دافع تجنب الفشل لدى لاعبي فريق مولودية العلمة لكرة القدم "أقل من 18سنة" . عينة الدراسة: تمثلت عينة الدراسة في 20 لاعبا من فريق مولودية العلمة صنف أواسط "أقل من 18سنة" المنهج : قمت باستخدام المنهج الوصفي أدوات الدراسة: مقياس الاستثارة الانفعالية و مقياس دافعية الانجاز النتائج : لفريق أواسط مولودية العلمة صنف أواسط "أقل من 18سنة"استثارة انفعالية مرتفعة لفريق أواسط مولودية العلمة صنف أواسط "أقل من 18سنة" دافعية انجاز منخفضة أهم الاستنتاجات: العلاقة بين الاستثارة الانفعالية و دافعية الانجاز عكسية يمكن التحكم في انفعالات الرياضي التي تصادفه في التدريب و المنافسة و توجيهها أهم الاقتراحات: ضرورة الاعتماد على إحدى وسائل التدريب العقلي ( حسب استجابة اللاعبين و الإمكانيات) لخفض درجة الاستثارة الانفعالية للاعب و جعلها في المستوى المناسب ( الاستثارة المثلى) على اللاعب الاستفادة من المشاركات السابقة في تحسين مستوى استثارته الانفعالية و جعلها بالمستوى الجيد للوصول إلى ما يطمح إليه
