Résumé: إن الكشف المبكر لاضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه وتشخيصه يؤدي بالضرورة إلى التخفيف من حدوثه، لأنه يعد من أكثر المشكلات التربوية غموضا نظرا لصعوبة تشخيصه والتفاوت في حدّته، ووجود عدد كبير من النماذج النشوئية التي تحدد الأسباب الممكنة لاضطراب الانتباه وفرط النشاط ADHD وجزء لا يستهان به من التباين الممكن تفسيره على أساس الاستعداد الوراثي، كدراسة التوائم والأسر التي تشير إلى أن اضطرابات الانتباه وفرط النشاط وراثي في جزء كبير منه، على اعتبار أن الاضطراب لا يورث وإنما ما يورث هو الاستعداد الوراثي لتشكل الاضطراب، وأن الظهور يرتبط بعوامل أخرى وبشكل خاص استجابات المحيط وتمثله نحو الطفل. وانطلاقا من مبدأ التشخيص المبكر يؤدي إلى العلاج المبكر، وإذا عُرف الداء سهل الدواء، وأن الكشف المبكر لاضطراب فرط الحركة وتشتت الانتباه يؤدي إلى التخفيف من حدته. وعليه هدفت هذه الدراسة النظرية إلى التعرف على خصائص الأطفال ذوي فرط الحركة والنشاط وتشتت الانتباه، أسبابه، وبعض طرق تشخيصه، وبعض الاستراتيجيات التربوية المقترحة للتخفيف من حدّته. Early detection and diagnosis of ADHD necessarily mitigate its occurrence because it is one of the most uncertain educational problems due to its difficult and uneven diagnosis, The existence of a large number of emergent models that identify possible causes of ADHD and a significant part of the variability that can be explained on the basis of genetic predisposition for example, the study of twins and families indicating that attention disorders and hyperactivity are largely genetic, Since the disorder does not inherit, what inherits is the genetic readiness to form the disorder. and that the appearance is linked to other factors, particularly the ocean's responses and its representation towards the child. Based on the principle of early diagnosis leads to early treatment, if the disease is known, the drug is easy, and the early detection of ADHD and distraction leads to alleviation of its severity. The aim of this theoretical study is to identify the characteristics of children with hyperactivity and distraction, its causes, some diagnostic methods, and some proposed educational strategies to alleviate its severity.
