مظاهر الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية وآثارها على بعض الدول العربية وسبل معالجتها

Résumé: الملخص: شهد الاقتصاد العالمي في شهر أوت 2008 أزمة مالية غير مسبوقة، نتجت عن مشكلة الرهن العقاري في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، التي تسببت فيها القروض العقارية الرديئة وكذلك الشركات الصناعية العملاقة، ولا تزال هذه الأزمة تتمدد وتتفاقم بالرغم من الجهود التي بذلتها كل الجهات المعنية وغير المعنية للخروج منها. لقد صاحبت الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية مجموعة من المظاهر وردود الأفعال، سواء على صعيد المؤسسات المصرفية أو المالية أو الأفراد أو على مجمل النشاط الاقتصادي، وتبرز من خلال مؤشرات اقتصادية خطيرة تهدد الاقتصاديات المحلية والإقليمية والدولية. ويختلف تأثير الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية على الدول العربية، وذلك لمدى تبعية اقتصاد هذه الدول وارتباطه بالاقتصاد الأمريكي والأوروبي، وأيضا لمدى تطبيق النظام الرأسمالي في اقتصادياتها. بناءا عليه، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على منشأ الأزمة الاقتصادية العالمية وطبيعتها، وإبراز أهم مظاهرها، والتطرق إلى آثار هذه الأزمة على بعض الدول العربية وسبل معالجتها. Abstract : The world economy experienced in the month of August 2008 an unprecedented financial crisis, resulting from the mortgage problem in the United States, caused by the mortgage loans bad as well as the industrial giants, and still this crisis expands and worsen despite the efforts made by all parties concerned and isconcerned out of them. I have accompanied the global economic crisis set of appearances and reactions, both in terms of banking institutions, or financial, or individuals, or on overall economic activity, are also featured through serious economic indicators threaten local economies, regional and international. The impact of the global economic crisis on the Arab states, and to the extent subordination of the economy of these countries and its association with the American and European economy, and also to the application of the system in capitalist economies. And therefore, this study aims to identify the origin of the global economic crisis and nature, and to highlight the most important manifestations, and to address the effects of this crisis on some Arab countries, and ways to address them.
