محددات تسارع النمو الاقتصادي، دراسة تجريبية لعنية من الدول خلال الفترة 1996-2016

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت هذه الورقة للبحث عن أهم محددات سيروة تسارع النمو الاقتصادي لعينة من الدول خلال الفترة 1996-2016، وهذا عبر اتباع مقاربة Haussmann, Pritchett, Rodrik 2005، مستعملين نماذج Probit Logit and Tobit، لقد أكدنا على قدرة النوعية المؤسساتية، الاستثمار والتحرير التجاري في إحداث تسارع للنمو الاقتصادي، وبالمقابل أكدنا أيضا على عدم قدرة الهبات الطبيعية في إحداث عملية تسارع للنمو بالرغم من الأثار الايجابية لها على احتمالية تسارع النمو، هذا يعني أن عملية احداث تسارع للنمو الاقتصادي ماهي إلا نتاج سياسات فعالة عبر تحسين النوعية المؤسساتية وتحفيز الأعوان على الاستثمار والتجارة، وأن طفرات الهبات الطبيعية ليس بإمكانها احداث تسارع نمو مستدام. Abstract: This paper aimed to find the most important determinants of economic growth acceleration for a sample of countries during the period 1996-2016, we follow Haussmann, Pritchett, Rodrik 2005 approach, with using of Probit Logit and Tobit models, we have emphasized the ability of institutional quality, investment and trade openness, to accelerates economic growth, On the other hand, we also emphasized the inability of natural donations to accelerates growth process despite the positive effects of it on the probability of growth acceleration, this means that growth acceleration is only the product of effective policies through improving institutional quality and stimulating agents to invest and trade, And natural donations cannot accelerate sustainable growth.
