دور مجلس السلم والأمن الافريقي في تسوية النزاع في دارفور

Résumé: ملخص: تم إنشاء مجلس السلم والأمن التابع للاتحاد الأفريقي طبقا للمادة 05/02 من القانون التأسيسي للاتحاد الأفريقي، كجهاز دائم لمنع النزاعات وإدارتها وتسويتها داخل الاتحاد، وقد تم اعتماد البروتوكول الخاص بإنشاء مجلس السلم والأمن التابع للاتحاد الأفريقي في دوربان بجنوب أفريقيا سنة 2002. ويهدف المجلس إلى تعزيز السلام والأمن والاستقرار في إفريقيا من أجل ضمان حماية وحفظ حياة وممتلكات ورفاهية الشعوب الإفريقية، وبيئتها وكذلك خلق الظروف المواتية لتحقيق التنمية المستدامة، وذلك بالاستناد على مبدأ التسوية السلمية للنزاعات والخلافات. وتعد أزمة دارفور من بين أهم الازمات في افريقيا التي تدخل فيها مجلس السلم والامن الافريقي من أجل إيجاد حلول للنزاع. Abstract The Peace and Security Council of the African Union was established pursuant to Article 05/02 of the Constitutive Act of the African Union as a permanent organ for conflict prevention, management, and resolution within the Union. The Protocol Establishing the Peace and Security Council of the African Union was adopted in Durban, South Africa, in 2002. The Council's objective is to promote peace, security, and stability in Africa in order to ensure the protection and preservation of the lives, property, and well-being of the African people and their environment, as well as to create conditions conducive to the achievement of sustainable development, based on the principle of the peaceful resolution of disputes and conflicts. The Darfur crisis is one of the most significant crises in Africa, in which the African Peace and Security Council has intervened to find solutions to the conflict.
