أفاق تطبيق المعايير المحاسبية للقطاع العام في الجزائر (الأثار والتحديات)

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوءعلى أهمية تطبيق معايير المحاسبة الدولية للقطاع العام في الجزائر، وهذا من خلال عرض محتوها وتحليل الاثار المترتبة على اعتمادها وكذا القيود والتحديات الخاصة التي تواجه الجزائر خلال عملية وضعها حيز التطبيق. وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن تطبیق المعاییر المحاسبیة الدولیة للقطاع العام في الجزائرتؤدي الى، تحسین جودة المعلومات المالیة وتحسین عملیة صنع القرار فیما یتعلق بتخصیص الموارد كما تضمن المزید من الشفافیة والمساءلة المالية وقابلية للمقارنة، إلا أن عملية التنفيذ قد تكون معقدة وتستغرق وقتا طويلا وتختلف حسب طبيعة البلد والحكومة والقوانين، كما انها تتطلب استثمارا كبيرا لتدريب وتكوين موظفي القطاع العام. This studyaims to highlight the importance of the implementation of International Public SectorAccounting Standards (IPSAS) in Algeria. We discussed the implications of the implementation of IPSAS and the constraints and challenges of applying International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS) in Algeria. The study concluded that the application of international accounting standards for the public sector in Algeria improves the quality of financial information and improves the decision-making processre garding the allocation of resources and ensuresin creased tran sparency, financialaccountability and comparability. The implementation process can be complex and time-consuming and varies depending on the nature of the country, the government and the laws. It also requiressign if Icantin vestments to train and develop public sectoremployees.
