تقييم اتفاق التعاون الاقتصادي الأوروبي الجزائري

Résumé: نظرا للعلاقات القديمة بين الاتحاد الأوروبي ودول جنوب البحر الأبيض المتوسط ،برزت الشراكة بينهما وذلك من أجل توطيد العلاقات عن طريق شراكة في جميع المجالات ،والجزائر كبقية دول جنوب الحوض المتوسط نلت حصتها من هدا الاتفاق، إلا أنها لم تأخذ حقها في العلاقات التجارية بين الشريكين ،لذا نرى الجزائر دائما تسعى وراء تحقيق أكبر قدر من الأهداف المرجوة في مجال التجارة الخارجية والتعاون المالي عن طريق المساعدات والقروض الممنوحة من قبل الاتحاد الأوروبي والاستثمارات الأجنبية المباشرة،ولقد سخرت لتحقيق ذلك مجموعة من القوانين والسياسات للاندماج في الاقتصاد العالمي. Abstract : Given the long-strading relation ship between the European Union and the countries of the southem Medditerranean,it emerged as the partnership between them in order to strengthen relations through a partnership in all areas,and Algeria like other southem Mediteeanean countries gained their share of this agreement ,but it did no take the right to trade relations between the two partners,so we see Algeria will always pursueto achieve greater oals desired in the field of foreign trade and financial coopertion through aid and loans granted by the European Union and foreign direct investment .Also they have harnessed to achieve a se of laws and policies to integrate into the global economy.
