التدقيق الداخلي ودوره كأداة فعالة في تحسين اتخاذ القرار "دراسة حالة مطاحن الواحات – تقرت –

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور التدقيق الداخلي الذي يقوم به في تفعيل اتخاذ القرار في المؤسسة الإقتصادية الجزائرية،وهذا من خلال اظهار مدى مساهمة التدقيق الداخلي في صنع القرار في المؤسسة محل الدراسة،وعلى هذا الأساس تم اختيار مؤسسة مطاحن الواحات –تقرت- من اجل اثبات صحتها. ولاختبار مدى صحة الفرضيات تم الاعتماد على المقابلة الشخصية مع المسؤولين ذوي الاختصاص،والتقرير الوصفي والملاحظة اضافة الى الاطلاع على الوثائق وقائمة الاستقصاء،وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن التدقيق الداخلي يساهم في خلق الثقة بين مصالح المؤسسة والإدارة العليا باعتبار أن التدقيق الداخلي هو المرجع الأساسي للمعلومات والبيانات الدقيقة لاتخاذ القرارات السليمة والمناسبة وذلك من خلال التوجيه والإرشاد الذي يقدمه المدقق الداخلي لمتخذ القرار. The study aims to find out the role of the internal audit carried out by the activation of decision-making in the Algerian economic institution, and this is by showing the extent of the contribution of internal audit in decision-making, for this basis oases Mills Foundation -Touggourt- was chosen as case study to prove or deny the hypothesis . To test the validity of the hypotheses, we rely on a personal interview with officials, specialists, descriptive report and observation, as well as viewing the documents and the list of survey, the study concluded that the internal audit helps to create trust between the interests of the organization and senior management, as the Internal Audit is the primary reference for information and data to make good and appropriate decisions, through the guidance provided by the internal auditor for the decision-maker.
