Résumé: يكتسي موضوع المنازعات الجبائيةأهمية كبيرة،حيثت ظهر الأهمية النظرية من خلال النصوص القانونية التي أقرها المشرع في مختلف القوانين التي تحكم هذاالنوع من المنازعات ،ومن من حيث تطبيق النصوص والإجراءات القانونية التي أقرها المشرع عند قيام النزاع الجبائي ومدى نجعتها في تسويته إداريا وقضائيا. إنا لدورالأساسي للتدقيق القضائي في حل الخلاف أوالنزاع هوالمساهمة من خلال تقرير الخبرة في الفصل في في الدعوى على مستوى القضاء،بحيث يوجد نوعين من النزاعات منهاماهومتعلق بالوعاء ومنهاماهو متعلق بالتحصيل The subject of tax disputes is of great importance, as the theoretical importance is reflected through the legal texts approved by the legislator in the various laws governing this type of disputes, and in terms of the application of legal texts and procedures approved by the legislator in carrying out the tax disputes and the effectiveness of its administrative and judicial settlement.
