أثر الاستقرار السياسي على السياحة والسفر في الدول الأوروبية – دراسة حالة الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية -

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان أثر وأهمية الاستقرار السياسي على السياحة والسفر في الدول الأوروبية من خلال دراسة حالة الحرب الروسية الأوكرانية والتي كانت بدايتها في نهاية شهر فيفري من السنة الحالة، وقد انعكست آثارها على الطلب السياحي الدولي في العديد من دول العالم وخاصة الدول المجاورة إقليما لمكان الحدث السياسي وأيضا أطرف الصراع. وتوصلنا من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج أهمها أن قطاع السياحة والسفر سجل مؤشرات سلبية في كل من روسيا وأوكرانيا خاصة في هذه الأخيرة التي توقفت فيها الرحلات الجوية تقريبا بشكل تام، بينما في الأولى، ونتيجة للعقوبات التي فرضتها دول الاتحاد الأوروبي على شركات الطيران الروسية وحضرها من التحليق في مجالها الجوي، أدى إلى تراجع في خدمات النقل الجوية الروسية، وساهم في تحويل الوجهات السياحية الدولية للسياح الروس نحو مقاصد سياحية غير أوروبية. This study aims to show the impact and importance of political stability on tourism and travel in European countries by studying the case of the Russian-Ukrainian war, which began at the end of February of the current year, and its effects were reflected on international tourism demand in many countries of the world, especially neighboring countries regionally. Through this study, we reached many results, the most important of which is that the travel and tourism sector recorded negative indicators in both Russia and Ukraine, especially in the latter, in which flights stopped almost completely, while in the former, as a result of the sanctions imposed by the European Union on Russian airlines And its presence from flying in its airspace, led to a decline in Russian air transport services, and contributed to the transformation of international tourist destinations for Russian tourists towards non-European tourist destinations.
