توزيع السلطة وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الجزائرية _ دراسة ميدانية بجامعة الوادي _

Résumé: ملخص: نسعى في هذا المقال إلى دراسة العلاقة بين توزيع السلطة والأداء الوظيفي في المؤسسة الجزائرية وذلك من خلال البحث في المشاركة في عملية صنع القرار وتفويض السلطة وعلاقتهما بالأداء الوظيفي. إذ اختيرت جامعة الوادي لتشخيص واقع توزيع السلطة وعلاقته بالأداء الوظيفي، وذلك من خلال اتجاهات وآراء موظفيها، ومن ثم الوصول إلى مجموعة من النتائج تساهم في رفع وتطوير مستوى أداء الموظفين وبالتالي تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة واستقرارها. حيث تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي، إذ تم تطبيق أداة الدراسة والمتمثلة في الاستبيان على عينة تتكون من 65 مفردة. الكلمات المفتاحية : السلطة، الأداء الوظيفي، الجامعة، جامعة الوادي. Abstract: In this article, we seek to study the relationship between the distribution of power and job performance in the Algerian institution, by researching participation in the decision-making process and delegation of authority and their relationship to job performance. The Eloued University was chosen to diagnose the reality of the distribution of power and its relationship to job performance, through the attitudes and opinions of its employees, and then to reach a set of results that contribute to raising and developing the level of employee performance and thus achieving the goals and stability of the institution. The descriptive approach was adopted, as the study tool represented in the questionnaire was applied to a sample of 65 individuals.
