التسرب المدرسي في المجتمع الجزائري، الأسباب والعوامل

Résumé: ملخص: التسرب المدرسي من بين المواضيع التي تسعى الجزائر للحد منها، في اطار مسعها لتحديث المجتمع و تنميته، بتقليص من نسب الأمية والرفع من نسب التمدرس، وهذا بالحد من التسرب المدرسي واعطاء فرصة للجميع. يعد هذا المقال محاولة لفهم ظاهرة التسرب المدرسي من خلال أسبابها والعوامل المحيط بها، والترتبات التي تنجم عنها، بمقاربة كمية، وهذا بقراءة وتحليل اهم الاحصائيات والمؤشرات الموجودة في الموضوع، ومن أهم النتائج المتوصل إليها أن هنالك مناطق تتزايد فيها التسرب راجع إلى طبيعة تلك المناطق ونشاطهم الاقتصادي بالأساس، ومنها ما يتعلق بالعوامل البيئية وضعف التنمية فيها، كما أن بعض المناطق تنخفض فيها معدلات التسرب نتيجة عوامل اجتماعية وثقافية. Abstract: School dropout is among the issues that Algeria seeks to reduce. As part of its endeavor to modernize and develop society, This article is an attempt to understand the phenomenon of school dropout through its causes and the factors surrounding it, and the arrangements that result from it, with a quantitative approach in macro sociology, and this is by reading and analyzing the most important statistics and indicators present in the topic, the most important results reached is that there are areas in which dropout increases due to the nature of These areas and their economic activity mainly, including those related to environmental factors, and some areas have low dropout rates due to social, cultural, anthropological factors.
