مساهمة المقاولاتية الفلاحية في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المستدام بالجزائر -ولاية وادي سوف أنموذجا-

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مدى مساهمة المقاولاتية الفلاحية بولاية وادي سوف في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المستدام بالجزائر،وذلك باختيار نظام الري بالرش المحوري كنموذج مقاولاتي، حيث تم التطرق أولا للتعريف بالإطار النظري للمقاولاتية الفلاحية، ومفهوم الأمن الغذائي المستدام، ثم التطرق إلى الدراسة الميدانية لولاية وادي سوف للتعرف عليها وعلى الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة في دعم تنمية المشاريع الاستثمارية الفلاحية، والتعريف بنظام الري بالرش المحوري وإبراز دوره في زيادة الإنتاج الزراعي بنوعيه النباتي والحيواني وتنويعه وتحسين جودته، اعتماد على الإحصائيات الصادرة من المصالح الرسمية بالولاية. وأهم ما توصلت إليه دراستنا هو أن المقاولاتية الفلاحية لها دور فعال في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي المستدام من خلال ما تساهم به في زيادة الإنتاج الزراعي وتنوعه وتحسين جودة المنتجات الغذائية،ووضع الميزان التجاري، مع ضرورة توفير متطلبات نجاحها من تمويل ويد عاملة مؤهلة وبنية تحتية مناسبة. Abstract: This study aims to determine the extent to which agricultural enterprises in the state of owed Souf contribute to achieving sustainable food security in Algeria, by choosing the pivot sprinkler irrigation system as an enterprise model. the theoretical framework of agricultural enterprises and the concept of sustainable food security was discussed first, and then the field study of the state of owed Souf was addressed we will learn about it and the efforts made by the state to support the development of agricultural investment projects, introduce the center pivot irrigation system and highlight its role in increasing agricultural production of both plant and animal types, diversifying it and improving its quality, based on statistic issued by the official departments of the state. The most Important finding of our study is that agricultural entrepreneurship has an effective role in achieving sustainable food security through what it contributes to increasing agricultural production and its diversity. Improving the quality of food products, and establishing the trade balance, with the necessity of providing the requirements for its success in terms of financing, qualified labor, and appropriate infrastructure.
