واقع المقاولاتية النسوية في الجزائر بين القطاع الرسمي و غير الرسمي -دراسة مقارنة لمقاولات ولاية تلمسان-
Résumé: الملخص : إن الهدف الأساسي من معالجة هذا الموضوع التعرف على مدى وجود اختلاف في الخصائص الديموغرافية وخصائص المقاولة النسوية في القطاعين الرسمي و غير الرسمي، بالإضافة إلى التعرف على مدى وجود تباين في دوافع وتحديات المقاولة بين القطاعين (الرسمي و غير رسمي)، من أجل ذلك تم إجراء دراسة على مجموعة من النساء المقاولات بولاية تلمسان. شملت 150 مقاولة، منها 78 امرأة في القطاع الرسمي، و 72 امرأة في القطاع غير رسمي، و من أجل اختبار فرضيات الدراسة تم استخدام عدد من الأساليب الإحصائية: النسب المئوية التكرارات، الوسط الحسابي، معامل ألفا كرونباخCronbach’s Alpha، اختبار مان-ويتني Mann Whitney، و قد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: يوجد اختلاف الخصائص الديموغرافية للنساء المقاولات في القطاع الرسمي و غير الرسمي، كما يوجد اختلاف في خصائص المقاولة بين القطاعين، بالإضافة لوجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في الدوافع و التحديات بين القطاعين الرسمي وغير الرسمي، و إن السبب الرئيسي في بقاء النساء المقاولات في القطاع غير الرسمي يعود لعدم تشجيع المحيط الاقتصادي. Abstract: The main objective of dealingwiththis issue is to identify the exent to whichthereis a difference in the demographic and femaleentrepreuneurshipcharacteristics in the formal and informalsectors , in addition to identifying the extent of the diffrence in the motives and challenges of entrepreneurshipbetween the twosector (formal and informal), for thispurpose a studywasconducted on a group of women entrepreneurs in the wilaya of Tlemcen. It included 150 enterprises, including 78 womens in the formalsector, and 72 women in the informalsector. In order to test the hypotheses of the study, a number of statisticalmethodwereused : percentages , frequencier, mean, and labsCrbach’alpha, test Maan whitney, the studyfound a set of results, the most important of which are : There is a difference in the demographiccharacteristics of female entrepreneurs in the formal and informalsector, and thereisalso a difference in the characteristics of entrepreneurshipbetween the twosectors, in addition to the presence of staticallysignificantdifference in the motives and challenges beween the formal and informalsectors, and the main reason for the survival of female entrepreneurs in the informalsectoris due to discourage the economicenvironment.
