الذكاء الاصطناعي و دوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة - دراسة حالة الامارات العربية المتحدة -

Résumé: ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لدراسة مدى مساهمة الذكاء الاصطناعي في دعم وتحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة ،وهذا من خلال دراسة حالة الإمارات العربية المتحدة ،كون هذه الأخيرة قامت بتبني استراتيجية واضحة المعالم لتجسيد أبعاد التنمية المستدامة ،والعمل على فتح الفرص الهائلة لتحقيق أهدافها من خلال إدراج تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في كافة المجالات المستهدفة ( بيئة ،تعليم، صحة ، اقتصاد .....الخ)، وهذا عبر إطلاق استراتيجية الذكاء الاصطناعي 2031، مع تشكيل اللجان و المجالس الفرعية لدعم الجهود في هذا المسار ، وهذا من اجل الدفع بعجلة الاقتصاد نحو الأمام ،و تسهيل الحياة مع ضمان حقوق الأجيال القادمة الكلمات المفتاحية: الذكاء الاصطناعي ، التنمية المستدامة ،الامارات العربية المتحدة . تصنيفات JEL :.O1,D83 Abstract : This paper aims to study the extent to which artificial intelligence contributes to supporting and achieving sustainable development goals. This is through the case study of the United Arab Emirates, because the latter has adopted a well-defined strategy to reflect the dimensions of sustainable development and work to open up enormous opportunities to achieve its goals by including AI applications in all target areas.
