واقع الفساد وأثره على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر للفترة 2003-2021: دراسة قياسية باستخدام منهجية الإنحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة Ardl

Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على واقع الفساد في الجزائر من خلال مؤشر مدركات الفساد، وقياس أثره على النمو الاقتصادي للجزائر في الأجلين القصير والطويل للفترة 2003-2021، باستخدام نموذج ARDL. تشير النتائج إلى وجود علاقة توازن طويلة الأجل تتجه من جملة المتغيرات المستقلة نحو المتغير التابع وذلك حسب نتائج اختبار الحدود (Bounds Test)، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود أثر سلبي ومعنوي في الأجل الطويل لكل من مساهمة القطاع العام وتكوين رأس المال البشري على النمو الاقتصادي، وأثر موجب غير معنوي لكل من تكوين رأس المال المادي ومؤشر مدركات الفساد على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر. Abstract: This study aims to identify the reality of corruption in Algeria through the Corruption Perceptions Index, and to measure its impact on Algeria's economic growth in the short and long terms for the period 2003-2021, using the ARDL model. According to the results of the Bounds Test, the results indicate that a long-run equilibrium relationship exists between the variables. The results showed that there is a significant negative effect in the long-run for each of the public sector contribution and human capital formation on economic growth, and a non-significant positive effect for each of physical capital formation and corruption perceptions index on economic growth in Algeria.
