محددات الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين الجزائرية

Résumé: ملخص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرّف على محددات الملاءة المالية في شركات التأمين الناشطة في السوق الجزائرية ومدى احترامها للتنظيم المعمول به في هذا المجال، بما يضمن لها الاستمرارية والقدرة على الوفاء بالتزاماتها المالية، ووسيلتها في ذلك تحليل محددات الملاءة المالية لشركات التأمين الجزائرية خلال الفترة (2009-2016). وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أنّ نظام الملاءة المالية في شركات التأمين الجزائرية لا يزال يرتكز على المحددات التقليدية، من خلال اعتماده على الحد الأدنى لرأس المال وهامش الملاءة، إضافة إلى تكوين الالتزامات التنظيمية والقنوات التوظيفية الموجهة إليها. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the determinants of solvency in insurance companies active in the Algerian market and the extent to which they respect the applicable regulation in this field, in order to ensure their continuity and ability to meet their financial obligations, and its method is to analyze the solvency determinants of Algerian insurance companies during the period (2009-2016). The study concluded that the solvency system in Algerian insurance companies is still based on traditional determinants, through its reliance on the minimum capital and solvency margin, in addition to the formation of regulatory obligations and employment channels directed to them.
