Résumé: ترتكز صحة، سلامة وجودة المواد الغذائية خصوصا في الوقت الحاضر مع تخلي المستهلك الجزائري تدريجيا عن بعض العادات الغذائية و اتجاهه نحو الأغذية المصنّعة و الجاهزة، على مجموعة متطلبات أو اشتراطات خاصة هي تعبير عما يعرف بالمواصفات القياسية. فالمواصفات القياسية كالحاصل في تشريع الاستهلاك الجزائري تغطي مختلف مراحل عملية وضع الأغذية للاستهلاك، والأمر سيان إن كانت المادة الغذائية المعروضة طازجة، مصنّعة أو نصف مصنّعة. مع ذلك يبقى توفير أغذية مأمونة، سليمة، صحية و ذات جودة مرهونا بالالتزام و درجة الالتزام بالمواصفات المقررة قانونا في هذا الشأن.

These ideal features are a part of the Algerian consumer’s constitution

it conserves different process stages of putting the foods in the consumer’s hands and it’s all the same if alimentary materials is fresh

manufactured or semi-manufactured. But still providing

healthy

safe and secured and a good quality foods are related mainly to how firmly he haws and features are followed and worked with.
