Résumé: راعى التشريع الجزائري موقع العمل(العقار المهني) باعتباره يحقق التنمية بصفة عامة من خلال النصوص المتعلقة بقواعد الصحة والأمن وطب العمل ، وإذا كان الهدف من التشريع العقاري في هذا المجال هو ضبط العقار المخصص للعملية التنموية بما في ذلك العقار المهني، فإن هدف التشريعات العمالية هو تحقيق التنمية الصحية والآمنة للأشخاص الذين يعملون بتلك المؤسسة. معلوم أن تحقيق التنمية على كافة المستويات هو ما تصبو إليه التشريعات في هذا الشأن، ذلك أن الدولة بسلطاتها التشريعية والتنظيمية تلتزم أولا بتوفير وضبط العقار وثانيا بتنميته عن طريق استغلال الأوعية العقارية للتنمية أكانت اجتماعية أو اقتصادية كتوفير مناصب الشغل وتوفير القدرة الشرائية للمواطنين ورفع دخل الفرد وتوفير السلامة الصحية للعمال للعمال وتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي بما يوفر الرفاهية للمواطن. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصحة والأمن.،مكان العمل .،تنمية .، بيئة.
