ازمة كورونا: التداعيات واليات ادارة الازمة

Résumé: الملخص : جائحة كورونا )كوفيد _(19_ التي اجتاحت العالم واخترقت الحدود والفئات والطبقات_، من الوقائع التي ستجعل الى جانب وقائع اخرى عرفها القرن العشرون من قبيل الحربين العالميتين، وكذا الازمة الاقتصادية لسنة 1929، وانهيار المعسكر الشرقي، وسقوط جدار برلين، وظهور مايسمى بالنظام العالمي الجديد الاحادي القطب وما ترتب على ذلك من حروب قادتها الولايات المتحدة الامريكية في افغانستان والعراق . فقد شكلت هذه الجائحة فوق ذلك اختبارا لقدرة الدول والمدن على حد سواء في وقت الأزمات ، فكان من الواضح ان هناك تباينا واختلافا في الاجراءات والآليات التي اتخذتها الدول حول العالم لمواجهة هذه الأزمة وتداعياتها، وذلك تبعا لعوامل عدة لعل ابرزها حدة انتشار فيروس كورونا فيها . الكلمات المفتاحية : فيروس كورونا كوفيد 19_، الوباء، النظام الصحي، الأزمة، ادارة الأزمة . Abstract: Corona pandemic (Covid-19) is among the major events that shook the world in the new era alongside other events such as the two world wars, the economic crisis of 1929, the collapse of the eastern camp, as well as the emergence of the so-called new world order that led to the wars led by the United States of America in Afghanistan and Iraq. This health crisis has been among the few world events that affected all human races and classes and went beyond borders in a very short time. Moreover, this pandemic has constituted an important test of the ability of cities and countries to survive times of crisis. It has also highlighted the differences in the procedures and mechanisms taken by different countries around the world to face this crisis and its repercussions depending on several factors, perhaps the most prominent of which is the severity of the spread of the Covid-19 virus in these countries.
