العلوم الاجتماعية في الجزائر بين صعوبات التأسيس العلمي وتحديات واقع متحول

Résumé: الملخص: تعاني العلوم الاجتماعية في الوطن العربي عموما من ازمه تنظير و بحث ظهرت ملامحها في عجزها عن فهم الواقع الاجتماعي المتحول، في هذا السياق تحاول هذه الورقة التعرف على واقع العلوم الاجتماعية عموما وعلم الاجتماع على وجه الخصوص من خلال استجلاء المعوقات التي حالت دون تأسيسها كعلوم قادره على فهم واقع المجتمعات العربية (العائق الثقافي والفكري العائق السياسي والايديولوجي العائق المؤسساتي العائق المعرفي) وبيان ظروف نشأتها وتطورها في البلدان العربية وفي الجزائر، ومدى ارتباطها بقضايا المجتمع في ظل التحولات العميقة التي تعرفها مجتمعاتنا ومدى قدره علم الاجتماع خصوصا على تشخيص وفهم الواقع الاجتماعي المتحول وتصور الحلول العلمية والعملية للمشكلات الاجتماعية. Abstract: The social sciences in the Ara world suffer in general, from the crisis of the theory and research manifested in their inability to understand the social reality transformed. In this context this paper attempts to identify the reality of social science in general and sociology in particular by exploring the obstacles that prevented the establishment of science ,capable of Understanding the reality of Arab societies (cultural and intellectual obstacles, political and ideological obstacles, institutional obstacles, cognitive obstacles), and the conditions of their development and development in the Arab countries and in Algeria And its relevance to the issues of society in the light of the profound transformations that our societies know and what the value of sociology, especially on the diagnosis and understanding of social reality transformed and the perception of scientific and practical solutions to social problems.
