دور السياسة المالية في تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية (التجربة الكويتية والإمارتية) من منظور إسلامي
Résumé: ملخص: هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة الدور الذي تلعبه السياسة المالية الإسلامية في سبيل تحقيق العدالة الاجتماعية، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على الأدوات المالية التي شرعها الاسلام في كسب المال، ومن أجل الاجابة على اشكالية الدراسة قمنا بدراسة حالة شملت بيت الزكاة الكويتي وصندوق الزكاة الاماراتي، حيث تقوم هاتين الهيئتين بالمساهمة في عديد المشاريع في قطاعات مختلفة اقتصادية واجتماعية وتعليمية وصحية تضمن حصول الفرد على حقوقه، وكذا التوزيع العادل للثروات. الكلمات المفتاحية: السياسة المالية، العدالة الاجتماعية، أدوات السياسة المالية الاسلامية تصنيف JEL : XN2, XN1 Abstract : The study aimed to find out the role of Islamic financial policy play in order to achieve social justice, so by relying on financial instruments that were prescribed by Islam to make money, and in order to answer the problematic study, we studied the case included the Kuwaiti Zakat House Zakat Fund, the United Arab Emirates, where the two bodies to contribute to many projects in different sectors of economic, social, educational and health guarantees for individual rights, as well as the equitable distribution of wealth.
