النوافذ الاسلامية في البنوك التقليدية بين النظري والتطبيق -دراسة حالة" Trust Bank"-

Résumé: الملخص: هدفت دراستنا هذه الى تسليط الضوء على مفهوم النافذة الاسلامية وخصائصها وكذا مداخل التحول الى مصارف إسلامية، وإلقاء نظرة على بعض التجارب الدولية التي اعتمدت على هذه الآلية للتحول، إضافة إلى التعرف على مراحل التشريع الخاص بالصيرفة الاسلامية في الجزائر والبنوك التقليدية التي اعتمدتها كجزء من استراتيجياتها، فاعتمدنا على المنهج الاستنباطي في التنظير لواقع النوافذ الاسلامية و منهج دراسة الحالة من اجل معرفة واقع النافذة الإسلامية في بنك تراست، وذلك بالاستعانة بأداة المقابلة مع مدير بنك تراست فرع مستغانم، وخلصنا الى ان تراست بنك من البنوك السباقة في اعتماد النافذة الاسلامية في الجزائر، والتي أثبتت دورها في توسيع دائرة الزبائن وكسب شريحة اخرى تفضل المعاملات الاسلامية. الكلمات المفتاحية: بنوك تقليدية، معاملات إسلامية، نافذة إسلامية، فرع بنك TRUST تصنيف JEL :K10 ,F65, G21 Abstract : Our study aimed to focus on the concept of the Islamic window and its characteristics, as well as the entrances to transforming into Islamic banks, and a look at some of the international experiences that relied on this mechanism of transformation, in addition to identifying the stages of the legislation on Islamic banking in Algeria and the traditional banks that adopted it as part of their strategies. So we have used a deductive approach to speak about the reality of Islamic windows and the case study method in order to know the reality of the Islamic window in Trust Bank, by using the interview tool with the manager of Trust Bank Mostaganem branch, and we concluded that Trust Bank is one of the first banks in adopting the Islamic windows in Algeria, which It proved its role in expanding the circle of customers and gaining another segment that prefers Islamic transactions.
