أهمية قرض الإيجار التمويلي في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة (دراسة حالة المؤسسات الناشطة في ولاية تيارت)

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة أهمية قرض الإيجار التمويلي في تمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة من وجهة نظر مالكيها، حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي من خلال إبراز الإطار النظري لمتغيرات الدراسة. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبيان وتوزيعه على عينة من مالكي المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة الناشطة في ولاية تيارت. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وُجود أسباب تستدعي المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة عينة الدراسة لاستخدام قرض الإيجار التمويلي لتمويل احتياجاتها من الأصول الإنتاجية، وكذلك أثبتت نتائج الدراسة وُجود أهمية كبيرة للإيجار التمويلي في تمويل هذه المؤسسات نظرا لسهولة الحصول عليه وانخفاض التكاليف، كما توصلت أيضا الدراسة إلى أن هناك صعوبات تواجه مالكي المؤسسات في استخدام الإيجار التمويلي. This study aimed to identify the importance of the financial leasing loan in financing small and medium enterprises from the viewpoint of their owners. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach by highlighting the theoretical framework of the study variables. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was developed and distributed to a sample of owners of small and medium enterprises operating in the state of Tiaret. The study found that there are reasons why small and medium enterprises ask the study sample to use the financial lease loan to finance their needs of productive assets. The results of the study also indicated that there is a great importance of financial leasing in financing. These institutions are due to easy access and low costs. The study also found that there are difficulties facing project owners in using financial leasing.
