The Contribution Of Transformational Leadership To Achieving Organizational Excellence At The Faculty Of Economic, Commercial And Management Sciences Medea

Résumé: The study aimed to identify the role of transformational leadership in its dimensions, in achieving organizational excellence in the Faculty of Economics, Commercial Sciences and Management Sciences, University of Medea, where the descriptive analytical approach was used, and the study population was chosen., and the questionnaire was relied on as a tool for data collection, and the study concluded that there is an acceptable level for the availability of transformational leadership dimensions in the college at the significance level of 0.05, in addition to an acceptable level for the availability of organizational excellence in the college at the significance level of 0.05. هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على دور القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها ( التأثير المثالي الاستثارة الفكرية، الاعتبارية الفردية، التحفيز الالهامي، التمكين)، في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة المدية، حيث تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم اختيار مجتمع الدراسة متمثلا في ( الموظفين الاداريين والأساتذة) في الكلية، وتم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كأداة لجمع البيانات، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أنه يوجد أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية للقيادة التحويلية بأبعادها ( التأثير المثالي الاستثارة الفكرية، التحفيز الالهامي والتمكين) في تحقيق التميز التنظيمي في كلية العلوم الاقتصادية والعلوم التجارية وعلوم التسيير جامعة المدية، كما تم التوصل إلى أنه يوجد مستوى مقبول لتوفر أبعاد القيادة التحويلية في الكلية عند مستوى دلالة 0.05، بالإضافة إلى وجود مستوى مقبول لتوفر التميز التنظيمي في الكلية عند مستوى الدلالة 0.05.
