Résumé: In this work we were able to determine the radioactive elements that make up the elements copper and fluorine. This is based on the analysis of their experimental spectra from laser sublimation using the technique (LIBS), and the theoretical spectra that are deduced for them. In addition to calculating the temperature and electron density of the medium, from the fact that the electronic temperature of copper is equal to (T=3.26eV), and for fluorine, it is (1.92 eV) and is in the agreed range of laboratory plasma. We also found that the electron density of copper is equal to ne=1.22x1031(m-3), and this value indicates that the obtained plasma is weakly ionized. The presence ratios of fluorine and calcium in the fluorine plasma medium were also calculated, which is mainly calcium of 96.63% and the rest is the fluorine component of 3.36%. A rock sample was also studied in the region of Ouargla, where the chemical structure was determined using spectroscopic methods: X-ray diffraction (XRD), X-ray fluorination (XRF), infrared absorption spectrometer (FTIR) as well as the scanning electron microscope (SEM) technology. Through the XRD technique, we found that the sample is mainly composed of α-quartz at a concentration of 69% and other components with relatively low concentrations .The technique (XRF) showed the percentages of concentrations of chemical elements that make up the sample with 24.07% magnesium and 21.83% silicon in addition to indium of 19.67% and rhodium with 14.40%. But for the technique (FTIR), we were able to show most of the bonds present in the sample that belong to the quartz compound . The last technique is the technique (SEM), whose results are identical to those of the previous techniques .We were also able to deduce the theoretical spectrum of LIBS for the sample from the technical results (SEM) to integrate the theoretical aspect with the experimental aspect
