أهمية استخدام الحوسبة السحابية في تحسين جودة الإدارة الإلكترونية
Résumé: This study aimed to know the importance of using cloud computing in improving the quality of electronic management through a case study in the theoretical and applied side in the theoretical side, focusing on the aspect represented in cloud computing, as it is a new technology and its significant impact on the quality of electronic management in the public interest, and the start of use retrieval and the confidentiality and security of information that was dropped in the theoretical aspect (the applied side) where the space collects information by distributing a diagram to find out the opinion of employees and pioneers the biometric interest about this technology and the extent of their awareness of its benefits and risks and the extent of its size. The espondents 60 items were retrieved, of which 58 valid ones were analyzed using the SPSS program. The study concluded the importance of the applying of cloud computing in the biometric department as an alternative to electronic management because of its ready-made services that are effective in improving functionality, ease of use and retrieval, information preservation and confidentiality. And in the end, a summary and recommendations of scientific and practical interest were presented.
