المدرسة الاستشراقية البريطانية المعاصرة وآراؤها حول التاريخ الإسلامي الوسيط

Résumé: يتمحور المقال حول نماذج من الآراء وعينات من التوجهات الاستشراقية لكوكبة من أساتذة الاستشراق البريطاني المعاصر حول العصر الوسيط الإسلامي بصفة عامة،وآراء المستشرق برنارد لويس بصفة خاصة، وتم استخدام المنهج التاريخي بمختلف آلياته الوصف،والتحليل،والنقد في هذه الدراسة،ويهدف هذا البحث إلى التعرف على إحدى أهم مدارس الاستشراق الأوربية،أما عن أهم نتائج البحث فهي تتجسد في أهمية الاستشراق البريطاني الموضوعي المنصف في الدراسات التاريخية،ومدى تأثير المستشرق برنارد لويس في الدوائر الأكاديمية العالمية،والقيمة العلمية لإسهامات المرأة المستشرقة البريطانية المنصفة والموضوعية وضرورة تفعيل هذه الإسهامات في حوار العرب مع الغرب . The article focuses on the opinions and orientations of contemporary British Orientalism professors about the Islamic medieval era in general and the opinions of orientalist Bernard Lewis in particular, and the historical curriculum with its various mechanisms was used to describe, analyze, and criticize in this study, and this research aims to identify one of the most important schools of European Orientalism, As for the most important results of the research, they are embodied in the importance of objective and fair British Orientalism in historical studies, the extent of the influence of orientalist Bernard Lewis in the global academic circles, the scientific value of the contributions of the British Orientalist women fair and objective and the need to activate These contributions to Arab dialogue with the West.
