"دور النقل البحري في التجارة الخارجية دراسة حالة موانئ الجزائر (2010-2020) "
Résumé: " تعد الموانئ البحرية نقطة مهمة في حركية النشاط البحري ومختلف المبادلات التجارية, وتلعب دورا رئيسيا في تسهيل حركة البضائع عبر العالم, إذ يعتبر النقل البحري الذي يتحمل مسؤولية نقل 90 بالمائة من إجمالي حجم التجارة العالمية شريان الاقتصاد العالمي, ولنا أن نتخيل أنه بدون النقل البحري سوف نكون عاجزين عن إنجاز المعاملات التجارية بين مختلف قارات العالم. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى المساهمة في تحسين المعرفة بقطاع الموانئ التجارية الجزائرية وبيان أثر البنية التحتية والخدمات اللوجستية لهذه الموانئ على التجارة الخارجية، حيث قمنا بتحليل وقياس أثر النقل البحري للموانئ الجزائرية على التجارة الخارجية خلال الفترة (2010-2020) لعينة الدراسة المكونة من (10) موانئ بحرية تجارية. وقد إعتمدنا على دراسة تحليلية بإعطاء إحصائيات بالإعتماد على المواقع الرسمية لمؤسسات الدولة كوزارة النقل وزارة التجارة والديوان الوطني للإحصائيات. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن هناك علاقة طردية بين الموانئ البحرية الجزائرية والتجارة الخارجية في الجزائر أي أن لها تأثير ايجابي, فكلما زاد تطور الموانئ البحرية زاد حجم التبادلات التجارية. This study aimed to contribute to improving knowledge of the Algerian commercial ports sector and to demonstrate the impact of the infrastructure and logistical services of these ports on foreign trade. The study concluded that there is a positive relationship between the Algerian seaports and foreign trade in Algeria, meaning that it has a positive effect.
