الدّبلوماسية الإقتصادية: أداة جديدة في السياسة الإقتصادية الدّولية المعاصرة

Résumé: لقد ظهرت الدبلوماسية الإقتصادية اليوم كنمط مميّز في الدبلوماسية المعاصرة والسّياسة الدّولية بحكم أنّ العلاقات الإقتصادية الدّولية صارت لصيقة بالعملية السياسية بدرجة أولى، خصوصاً فيما يتعلّق بمصالح ترغب الدّول في الوصول إليها على حساب دول أخرى باِستخدام أدوات ووسائل متعدّدة عن طريق فواعل حكومية وغير حكومية يقوم الطرف الأقوى باِختيارها في إطار ناعم في عصر رقمي يتطلّب اِستخدام الفطنة والذكاء في ذات الوقت، فما يصنع الفارق إذا هو مهارة اِستخدام فنّ التّفاوض بفعاليّة بغية تحقيق هذه الأهداف بطريقة تتماشى والتّغيّرات الجيوإقتصادية في عصر العولمة Today, economic diplomacy has emerged as a distinctive pattern in contemporary diplomacy and international politics by virtue of the fact that international economic relations have become closely related to the political process in the first place, especially with regard to the interests that countries wish to reach at the expense of other countries using various tools and means through governmental and non-governmental actors. The stronger party By choosing it in a soft framework in a digital age that requires the use of acumen and intelligence at the same time, what makes the difference, then, is the skill of using the art of negotiation effectively in order to achieve these goals in a way that is consistent with geoeconomic changes in the era of globalization
