Résumé: Praise be to Allah who created the man, taught him the declaration and slaughtered the Qur'an with a clear Arabic language and also peace and blessings be upon the beloved '' Prophet Mustafa '', the Misericord to the worlds, from the statement of the imam and the lord of the pharaohs who gave wisdom and separation from the speech after: Language is the identity of each nation and its language expressing its desires, ambitions and specificities that determine the personality of man. So, this personality is a bole of these ideas and its culture. And with regard to the embodiment of the specificity, the personality, the entity and the personality of the Arab-Muslim language that revealed the Holy Qur'an to the Prophet Muhammad '' AllaahWa Salam Allah '' to preserve this specificity and principles. It must preserve the Arabic language from the aberration or underestimated and also preserve the cultural heritage to benefit for the evolutions of the intellectual and technological era and also the challenges of the future We know that development and innovation encompass all the human and material sciences and modern linguistics as a science that has allowed growth and prosperity to help establish the rules of language theory and open new horizons. Concerning the research of applied linguistics that derives its scientific significance from a linguistic. Then, applied linguistics is defined as a modern science with many areas, including language planning, dictionary making, machine translation, error analysis and language learning ....and so on. Because it is the latter, it is considered a very important factor in applied linguistics. The branches of applied linguistics and language teaching deal with the development of curricula and their decisions, the selection of educational programs, the organization of courses, the design of applications, exercises and also the teaching of language activities used in our educational system. Our educational system of Algeria after the process of education reform is defined as the term of the linguistic tributaries because they are based on the columns and also on the literary texts that the tributaries understand well the text of many literary or communicative, There are the rules of the Arabic language, the eloquence and the science of presentations. So, these three tributaries as I mentioned earlier of the most important pillars on which it is based. Understand the text you have been interested in grammarians and linguists since the first century, by teaching language and learning for which learners avoid the melody and the aesthetic side of different literary texts and know what it contains the accuracy of the meanings and the charm of the statement, the beauty and the good harmonic music in the Arabic marker. it has been made that this task involves many researchers have methods and principles to put to this end, programs and also teaching methods like direct indoctrination, labyrinth and advice that early scientists have suffered from the beginning of the time, the problem of teaching in Arabic language related by the activities after the adaptation of the rules and also the bases for thereafter put it. From this the determination begins with the terminology to put it here tent the facilitation and innovation in teaching began the functionsnes, the abbreviations and the annotations and also other multiple platforms because they adopted the Descriptive, normative and educational approach. So, the temptation of facilitation and renewal over periods of time that has come the modern era has shown modern language schools have begun to make rapid progress in teaching curricula, methods, the foundations of modern methods, methods of evaluation and others in view of this importance occupied by teaching activities or tributaries of the Arabic language in our scientific, social and cultural field. To answer this study, I chose this subject by an analytical method. And about this on the basis that I chose it from a suitable title for teaching attained linguistics at the secondary level, in accordance with the approaching skills of the third year of the model of secondary education as a subject Complementary to our subject decree to teach the rules of the Arabic language in accordance with the textual approach in the third high school year of the model of secondary education in the Magister thesis, where its purpose was limited
