Résumé: يعتبر مجال التكوين في مختلف العلوم وبصفة خاصة في علم الاجتماع، محورا خاصا للتكفل بالإعداد والتدريب على البحث السوسيولوجي، كما يشكل حجر الزاوية في إعداد باحثين سوسيولوجيين قادرين على الإسهام في دفع عملية التراكم المعرفي، وصولا إلى تحقيق الإبداع العلمي من خلال النشر العلمي وما يتّبعه من ضوابط ومواصفات للبحوث المنشورة في المجلات العلمية وجهات النشر، وفي المقابل فقد أفرزت ظروف الحصار العلمي والتكنولوجي العديد من الصعوبات والعراقيل في التوصل إلى استحداث دائرة البحث والتطوير والتدقيق في شروط الضوابط العلمية في المجلات المتعددة لأغراض النشر العلمي، خاصة فيما يتعلق بالموافقة في الحصول على اعتماد المجلات العلمية الصادرة عن الكليات والجامعات والوزارات وخارجها دون إغفال ضوابط التعليمات اللازمة لتنظيم إصدار المجلات العلمية. وعلى الرغم من الجهود الحثيثة للنهوض بمجال النشر العلمي في الجزائر، إلا أن الصعوبات والعقبات تحول دون ذلك، وسنحاول بذلك الكشف عن الطرق الكفيلة باستحداث دائرة البحث والإنتاج العلمي من خلال الضوابط والمواصفات المتعددة في المجلات العلمية. The field of training in various sciences, especially in sociology, is considred to beaspecial base to ensure preparations in sociological researches. It alsoconstitutes the cornerstone for preparing sociological researchers who are able to contribute to advancing the process of knowledge accumulation, leading to the achievement of scientific creativity through scientific publishing and its subsequent Controls and specifications for research published in scientific journals and publishers, On the other hand, the conditions of the scientific and technological blockade have created many difficulties and obstacles which hold back the renewal of the Department of Research and Development and auditing the conditions of scientific controls in multiple journals for the purposes of scientific publishing, especially the approval to obtain accreditation of scientific journal sissued by colleges, universities, ministries and beyond without losing sight of controls Instructions for organizing the publication of scientific journals. In spite of the determined efforts to advance the field of scientific publishing in Algeria, difficulties and obstacles prevent this, and wewilltry to uncover ways to develop the Department of Research and Scientific Production through the various controls and specifications in scientific journals.
