مساهمة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن (bsc) في تقييم الأداء الاستراتيجي بمؤسسات صناعة مواد البناء في الجزائر - دراسة على عينة من المؤسسات في ولايتي:(ورقلة، باتنة)-

Résumé: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى مساهمة بطاقة الأداء المتوازن في تقييم الأداء الاستراتيجي للمؤسسات صناعة مواد البناء بالجزائر، وبعد تحليل البيانات إحصائيا خلصت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان أهمها: أن مؤسسات صناعة مواد البناء الجزائرية تتوفر على كل المقومات اللازمة لتطبيق بطاقة الأداء المتوازن، وأن أبعادها تساهم بشكل فعال في تقييم الأداء الاستراتيجي لمؤسسات محل الدراسة، وأخيرا أوصت الدراسة بتعميم استخدام بطاقة الأداء المتوازن بأبعادها الخمسة على جميع مؤسسات قطاع صناعة مواد البناء، لما له من أثر إيجابي على تطورها واستمرارها. The main purpose of this study is identify the importance of the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) on evaluation of strategic performance of the building materials industry institutions in Algeria. The main findings of the study are the Algerian building materials industry institutions have full capabilities to apply the balanced scorecard management, the dimensions of balanced scorecard have huge effectiveness in strategic performance evaluation of these companies. Finally, this study recommended to generalize the use of the scorecard with its five dimensions to all Industrial sector institutions, due to its positive impact on its development and continuity.
