أثر تطور قطاع الصناعة التحويلية على الصادرات خارج المحروقات في الجزائر للفترة 1990-2022دراسة قياسية وفق نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعةardl

Résumé: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى دراسة أثر تطور قطاع الصناعة التحويلية في الجزائر على الصادرات خارج المحروقات وذلك من خلال قياس أثر كل من القيمة المضافة لقطاع الصناعة التحويلية، سعر الصرف الاسمي، الواردات من السلع والخدمات وإجمالي تكوين رأس المال الثابت كمتغيرات تفسيرية على الصادرات خارج المحروقات كمتغير تابع وذلك باستخدام بيانات سنوية للفترة 1990-2022 بالاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL، وقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود علاقة طردية طويلة وقصيرة المدى بين كل من القيمة المضافة للصناعة التحويلية والواردات من السلع والخدمات من جهة والصادرات خارج المحروقات من جهة أخرى، بالإضافة إلى وجود علاقة عكسية في الأجلين بين كل من سعر الصرف الإسمي وإجمالي تكوين رأس المال الثابت من جهة والصادرات خارج المحروقات في الجهة المقابلة وهو ما يؤكد أهمية الصناعة التحويلية في ترقية الصادرات خارج المحروقات خصوصا و في عملية التنمية الاقتصادية بشكل عام. Abstract: This paper aims to study the impact of the development of the manufacturing sector in Algeria on non-hydrocarbon exports by measuring the effect of the added value of the manufacturing sector, the exchange rate, imports of goods and services, and gross fixed capital formation as independent variables on non-hydrocarbon exports as a dependent variable. by using annual data for the period 1990-2022, relying on the Autoregressive Distributed Lag (ARDL) model. The study results showed a positive long-term and short-term relationship between the added value of the manufacturing sector and imports of goods and services on one hand, and non-hydrocarbon exports on the other hand. Additionally, there is an inverse relationship in both the short and long term between the nominal exchange rate and gross fixed capital formation on one hand, and non-hydrocarbon exports on the other hand. This results confirms the importance of the manufacturing sector in promoting non-hydrocarbon exports in particular and in the economic development process in general.
