تأثير استخدام نظام المعلومات الالكتروني Progres بالجامعة الجزائرية في تحسين أداء المورد البشري - دراسة ميدانية لعينة من موظفي الإدارة بجامعة ورقلة

Résumé: هدفت الدراسة إلى التعرف على تأثير استخدام نظام المعلومات الالكتروني progres في تحسين أداء الموارد البشرية، وكعينة للدراسة تم اختيار مجموعة من الموظفين بجامعة ورقلة وتم استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لدراسة الموضوع، وكأداة للدراسة تم الاستعانة باستبانة وزعت الكترونيا وعولجت احصائيا عن طريق برنامج Spss26وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن هناك مستوى فاعلية بدرجة متوسطة من تطبيق نظام المعلومات الالكترونيprogres في تحسن أداء موظفي البيداغوجيا بجامعة ورقلة، وأن العلاقة بين تطبيق نظام المعلومات الالكتروني progresوتحسين أداء الموظفين الإداريين بالبيداغوجية بجامعة ورقلة طرديThe study aimed to identify the effect of using the electronic information system progres on improving the performance of human resources, and as a sample for the study, a group of employees at the University of Ouargla was selected and the descriptive analytical method was used to study the topic, and as a tool for the study, a questionnaire was used electronically and was treated statistically by the Spss26 program. The study concluded that There is a moderate level of effectiveness from the application of the electronic information system progres in improving the performance of the pedagogical staff at the University of Ouargla, and that the relationship between the application of the electronic information system progres and improving the performance of the administrative staff in the pedagogical at the University of Ouargla is strong, and also that the two most important dimensions in the application of the electronic information system progres and improving the performance of human resources are: Knowledge of the system and its security policy.ة قوية، وأيضا أن أهم بعدين في تطبيق نظام المعلومات الالكتروني progresوتحسين أداء الموارد البشرية هما: معرفة النظام و السياسة الأمنية له
