مؤشرات الاضطراب النفسي لدى المرأة المطلقة من خلال تطبيق اختبار الروشاخ "دراسة عيادية لستة حالات ببلدية العطف ولاية غرداية "

Résumé: ملخص الدراسة: تهدف هذه الدراسة للكشف عن مؤشرات الاضطراب النفسي لدى المرأة المطلقة من خلال تطبيق اختبار الروشاخ على 6 حالات من مطلقات ببلدية العطف ولاية غرداية، اعتمدنا المنهج العيادي وتم تطبيق اختبار الروشاخ، وكانت النتائج كالتالي: تتميز مؤشرات الاضطراب النفسي لدى المرأة المطلقة من خلال تطبيق اختبار الروشاخ بــ: 1. انخفاض في معدل الإنتاجية بمتوسط R :18 كمؤشر على الكف الشديد والتجنب. 2. ارتفاع قيمة زمن الكمون الأوليT Lat Moy :23 كمؤشر لعدم الاتزان ووجود النزعة الاكتئابية. 3. جاءت الاستجابة اللونية (C) منخفضة كمؤشر على تجنب العواطف ووجود الرغبات اللاشعورية غير المشبعة وقلة الحيلة النفسية في التحكم فيها. 4. ظهور معتبر للاستجابة الشكلية السلبية (F-) ليكون مؤشرا آخر على الاضطراب النفسي لدى المطلقة وانخفاض الانضباط الذاتي والتكيف مع الواقع الخارجي. 5. اعتدال معدل الاستجابة الجزئية (D) واقترانه بالمحددات الشكلية السلبية جاء مؤشرا على فشل الارصان النفسي والعجز في تحقيق التوازن بين النزوات والتصورات والقيام بالتدقيق الذي يشير إلى الوساوس. 6. ارتفاع معدل صيغة القلق AI :21>12 يشير على سوء التوافق الانفعالي والانسحاب الاكتئابي لدى المرأة المطلقة 7. وكان معدل الاستجابات الحركية الحيوانية Kan واستجابات الرفض Refus منخفض في بروتوكولات الحالات فهما مؤشرين غير محققين لفرضية الدراسة ولم توظفهما المطلقة كدفاعات ضد قلق الوضعية الاسقاطية. مما يوضح تحقق الفرضيات. الكلمات المفتاحية: مؤشرات الإضطراب النفسي، المرأة المطلقة، اختبار الروشاخ. Abstract : This study Aims to indicate the psychological disorder of the divorced woman through applying Rorschach test on 6 divorced-woman cases in the municipality of Atef, Ghardaia state, so That The Clinical Approach was adopted and The Rorschach Test was applied and the Results were as Follows : 1- shortage in productivity rate (an average of R:18). Which indicates Extreme Restrain and Avoidance. 2-High primary latency period value, (T Lat Moy: 23 (which indicates imbalance, shortage of spontaneity and the existence of a depressive tone. 3- The chromatic response was low (c) which indicates the emotional avoidance and the existence of unfulfilled subconscious desires and the lack of resourcefulness to control them. 4- The appearance of physical negative response (F-)were to demonstrate the psychological instability of the divorced woman, lowness of self-discipline and inability to adapt with the external reality. 5- Moderation of the partial response rate (D) and its attachment to the negative formal determinations came into existence as an indicator of a failure in both self-satisfaction and achieving Balance between whims and perceptions. 6- High Anxiety formula rate (AI=21, AI >12) that indicates emotional maladjustment and the depressive retreat in the divorced woman. 7- Kinesthetic and refusal responses were very low in the cases protocols as they are unfulfilled indicators of the study hypothesis and they were not used by the woman as defense against the projective anxiety state.
