Résumé: الملخص: هدف الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع تطبيق برامج الصحة والسلامة المهنية بمؤسسة سوتروفيت تيارت، وتوصلنا الى ان مستوى برامج الصحة والسلامة المهنية متوسط، كما توجد فروق في مستوى تطبيق الصحة والسلامة المهنية تعزى لمتغيري السن والخبرة، في حين لا توجد فروق تبعا لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. الكلمات المفتاحية:برامج الصحة ، السلامة المهنية، معدات الوقاية الفردية، الظروف الفيزيقية، سوتروفيت ABSTRACT The study aimed to know the reality of the application of occupational health and safety programs at Sotrofit Tiaret Foundation, and we concluded that the level of occupational health and safety programs is average, and there are differences in the level of occupational health and safety application due to the variables of age and experience, while there are no differences according to the educational qualification variable.
