الإفتاء الإلكتروني وأثره على الخطاب الديني المعاصر

Résumé: تتناول دراستنا موضوع الإفتاء الإلكتروني ومدى تأثيره على الخطاب الديني المعاصر، من خلال توضيح وتبيين الشروط التي لا بد من توفرها في كافة عناصر عملية الإفتاء الإلكترونية، ومحاولة كشف اللبس عنها ورسم الطريق الصحيح للوصول إليها وفق شروطها الشرعية ومتطلباتها المعاصرة، وحتى يكون أثرها إيجابياً على الخطاب الديني المعاصر. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى أن الإفتاء الإلكتروني ضرورة حتمية في عصرنا الحالي، وأنه لا بد من التزام المفتي والمستفتي بالشروط الخاصة بعملية الإفتاء الإلكترونية، وأن يكون الإفتاء جماعيا وغير آنياً، وأن يبين المفتي مذهبه العقدي والفقهي وانتمائه المكاني لأنه في عالم افتراضي، وأن يتم تجديده وفق شرع الله ومتطلبات العصر. This study deals with issue of electronic Fatwa and its influence on modern religion discourse through clarifying the conditions that must be available in all characteristics in the process of electronic Fatwa. Also, it seeks to investigate to eliminate the ambiguity on it and draw a right path to reach it according to its modern conditions and necessities, and to have a positive influence on modern religion discourse. Studies reach that electronic Fatwa is very important in our age, and it is important for the Mofti and the person who applied the Fatwa on (Mostafti) to have commitment to the conditions of the electronic Fatwa process. Also, Ftwa should collective and not instantly and the Mofti clarifies his doctrine and his spatial belonging because he is in a virtual world, and to be renewed according to Allah’s Chariia and the requirements of the age.
