اثر مستوى الإفصاح عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية على أداء البنوك القطرية خلال الفترة 2008- 2019

Résumé: تهدف الدراسة إلى توضيح كيف يؤثر الإفصاح عن عناصر المسؤولية الاجتماعية في القوائم والتقارير السنوية المنشورة خلال 2008-2019 على أداء البنوك القطرية عن طريق القيام بإعداد مؤشر للإفصاح الاجتماعي والتعرف على أثره على الأداء من خلال إجراء دراسة قياسية.ولقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها هناك ضعف في ممارسة أنشطة المسؤولية الاجتماعية في مجال البيئة حيث أن أغلبية البنوك محل الدراسة تلجأ إلى الأنشطة المتعلقة بخدمة المجتمع وهذا ما لمسناه من مؤشر الإفصاح، هناك تأثير ايجابي لمؤشر الإفصاح عن المسؤولية الاجتماعية – مجال المجتمع ومجال العاملين بنسب متفاوتة بين البنوك محل الدراسة. This article seeks to clarify the relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and financial performance in financial statement of Qatari banks in period 2008-2019 By setting up an index of social disclosure and learn about its impact on performance by conducting a standard study. Testing the hypotheses of the study the content analysis method was used, The study reached several results, the most important of which There is a weakness in practicing social responsibility activities in the environmental field, There is a positive impact of the Social Responsibility Disclosure Index - the area of society and the field of employees, with varying rates among the banks under study
