Résumé: تتطرق الدراسة الحاملة لعنوان المرافق العمومية في ظل السياسة السكنية الجديدة واقع وأبعاد دراسة ميدانية لحي 1680 مسكن ببئر توتة إلى جانبين، الأول وهو حقيقة إدماج المرافق العمومية في المشاريع السكنية الجديدة، أما الثاني فسنتطرق فيه إلى البعد الاجتماعي للمرافق العمومية كحاجة اجتماعية داخل الحي الجديد ومدى تأثيرها على شبكة العلاقات الاجتماعية فيه، استعملنا في هذه الدراسة المنهج ( الكيفي ( الوصفي التحليلي، فاستعنا بالملاحظة والمقابلة في الدراسة الميدانية كأدوات للبحث حتى نجيب على الأسئلة المطروحة، لنصل في الأخير إلى استنتج فكرة مفادها أن المرافق العمومية في السياسة السكنية الجديدة تأخذ منحى تصاعدي بفعل السنوات إذ أصبحت ومنذ سنة 2014 ضرورة تأخذها السلطات بعين الاعتبار لما لها من دور في تحقيق حاجات اجتماعية ومساهمتها في تماسك الرباط الاجتماعي وبناء علاقات جديدة داخل الحي. تصنيفات JEL : ....؛ ....؛ ... Abstract: The study is entitled "Publics equipments in the new housing policy, reality and dimensions. Investigation of the neighborhood 1680 housing Birtouta "addresses two aspects, the first is the reality on the integration of public facilities in new relocation projects, the second, it addresses the social dimension that may have the presence of public facilities in a new neighborhood, and its degree of influence on the network of social relations in the latter. We used this study The qualitative method was used for this study throughout observation and by conducting interviews so as to be able to reach a general conclusion. The result was that the housing policy has changed its view on the need for integration of equipment within the neighborhood, since 2014, this operation has become a necessity, taken into account by the authorities, by its role to meet social needs, and its contribution to the cohesion of social ties, as well as the building of new ties within the new neighborhood.
