مشروع إصلاح المحاسبة العمومية في الجزائر في ظل تبني معايير القطاع الحكومي الخاصipsas

Résumé: هدفت هاته الدراسة إلى دراسة مشروع إصلاح المحاسبة العمومية وما مدى جاهزية المؤسسات الجزائرية العمومية لبني معايير القطاع الحكومي IPSAS وهنا تكمن أهميتها باعتبارها المحاسبة الرئيسية والأساسية للمؤسسات والهيئات الحكومية، وقد جاءت المعايير الدولية للمحاسبة العمومية أو للقطاع العام للتوافق الدولي حول المحاسبة العمومية بين مختلف دول العالم. ومن خلال النتائج المتوصل إليها أن المحاسبة العمومية تلعب دورا هاما في المؤسسات العمومية في تحقيق المصداقية والشفافية والموثوقية على مستوى المعلومة المالية في القطاع العام؛ This study aimed to study the public accounting reform project and the extent of the readiness of Algerian public institutions to build the IPSAS standards for the government sector, and here lies its importance as the main and basic accounting for government institutions and bodies. Through the findings, public accounting plays an important role in public institutions in achieving credibility, transparency and reliability at the level of financial information in the public sector
