مصادر ضغوط العمل لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة بالجزائر

Résumé: يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على مصادر ضغوط العمل لدى معلمي التلاميذ ذوي (الإعاقة الذهنية، الإعاقة البصرية،الإعاقة السمعية) بالجزائر، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إتباع المنهج الوصفي التحليلي الملائم لطبيعة البحث وتساؤلاته، ومن أجل جمع بيانات البحث تم تطبيق مقياس مصادر ضغوط العمل لدى معلم التربية الخاصة، وقد طبق المقياس على عينة متكونة من(64) معلم ومعلم، وبعد التحليل الإحصائي للفرضيات توصلت النتائج إلى وجود العديد من مصادر ضغوط العمل لدى معلمي التربية الخاصة وهي: -ضغوط ترتبط بمجال العمل في التربية الخاصة منها( العبء التدريسي، غموض الدور، صراع الدور، انخفاض الدخل الشهري، وانخفاض المكانة الاجتماعية). - ضغوط ترتبط بالتلاميذ المعاقين منها( انخفاض دافعية التلاميذ، إجراءات ضبط الفصل، زيادة أعداد التلاميذ في الصف). - ضغوط ترتبط بالمناخ الاجتماعي منها( سوء العلاقات الاجتماعية في مجال العمل، عدم تعاون أولياء الأمور، نقص المساندة الاجتماعية). The research aims to identify the sources of work stress among teachers of students with (mental disability, visual impairment, hearing disability) in Algeria, and to achieve this goal, the appropriate descriptive analytical approach was followed for the nature of the research and its questions, and in order to collect the research data, a teacher’s work stress source scale was applied. Special Education, which consists of (65) items expressing the pressures that the special education teacher is exposed to and distributed on three dimensions. The scale was applied to a sample consisting of (64) teachers and teachers. After statistical analysis of the research hypotheses, the results concluded that there are many sources of work stress. Special education teacher have: -Pressures related to the field of work in special education, including (teaching burden, role ambiguity, role conflict low monthly income, and low social status). -Stresses related to students with disabilities (low students' motivation, classroom control procedures, increasing the number of students in the class). - Pressures related to the social climate, including (poor social relations in the field of work, lack of cooperation of parents, lack of social support).
