Résumé: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى أهمية تفعيل استغلال الجزائر للمصادر المائية غير التقليدية، بسبب عدم قدرتها على تلبية الاحتياجات المتزايدة والضرورية من الموارد المائية لاستمرار الحياة والتنمية، ويرجع ذلك لجملة من الأسباب أهمها: محدودية المصادر التقليدية للمياه، وظاهرة الجفاف وكذا النمو السكاني المتزايد، التلوث. أدى إلى هذا ضرورة استغلال مصادر أخرى بديلة، والعمل على وضع استراتيجية لتوزيعها لفائدة المستعملين، من جهة. حماية البيئة للمحافظة على هذه الموارد من جهة أخرى، في حالة القائها في الأوساط الطبيعية غير ملوثة (بعد معالجتها). والسؤال المطروح في ظل هذه الأوضاع. هو هل اللجوء إلى الموارد غير التقليدية، وبالضبط المياه الناتجة عن تطهير(معالجة) المياه المستعملة يؤخذ به كخيار استراتيجي للتسيير المستديم للمياه في الجزائر؟. Abstract: This papers aims at activating Algeria's exploitation of non-traditional water resources, Because of its inability to meet the growing and necessary needs of water resources for sustaining life and development, This is due to a number of reasons, the most important of which are: limited traditional sources of water, The phenomenon of drought as well as growing population growth, pollution. The phenomenon of drought as well as growing population growth, pollution...., Protecting the environment to preserve these resources, on the other hand, in the case of dumping in the natural environment is not contaminated (after treatment). The question arises under these conditions. Is resorting to non-traditional resources, and specifically water from wastewater treatment, a strategic option for sustainable water management in Algeria?.
