Les Possibles Flexibilités Spatiales De L’habitat La Conception D’un Groupement D’habitats Évolutifs Près De La Cité Cns À Bejaia

Résumé: Les changements constants dans les modalités de vie ont incité les architectes à travers le monde à adopter l’habitat évolutif : une typologie de logement permettant de répondre aux besoins fluctuants de ses occupants. En Algérie, la typologie est présente, par le nom, or, ses résultats défaillants suscitent des interrogations sur le mode de projection de cet habitat-là dans le contexte Algérien. En effet, en voyant de près les différentes expériences entreprises à travers le monde, sur ce sujet, on constate l’existence de différences majeures, particulièrement dans l’approche, entre l’habitat dit évolutif en Algérie et celui conçu ailleurs. On cherchera à désigner les raisons de défaillances de l’habitat évolutif Algérien, en décortiquant le contenu de son programme, et en l’opposant à l’évolutivité étrangère, qu’on essayera d’appréhender en distinguant ses origines, son évolution à travers l’histoire, ainsi que les principes de conception préconisés qu’on verra en détail dans une analyse de quelques échantillons de projets concrets. The constant changes in living arrangements have prompted architects around the world to adopt evolving housing: a typology to meet the fluctuating needs of its occupants. In Algeria, the typology is present, by name, but its failing results raise questions about the mode of projection of this habitat in the Algerian context. Indeed, looking closely at the various experiments undertaken, throughout the world, on this subject, we note the existence of major differences, particularly in the approach, between the Algerian so-called evolutionary habitat and that designed elsewhere.
